How should this"illegal' be dealt with?

We have an illegal named Octavio Luis Perez 23 yrs old..Who has been sitting in jail for 8 months accused of kidnapping and rape....his trial has been on delay because he doesn`t have a language according to his public defender,,,,,,the closest interpreters can get is some "exotic dialect" of the high villages of Guatemala or Mexico. His lawyer says that he should be set free because he has been denied his right to a speedy and fair trail....Police say when he raped a 17 year old Mesa AZ girl, he was arrested and understood spanish just fine at the time the charges were read to him at his arrest.....Now police say he is faking his dialect The court is currently searching the nation to finde an interpreter.. for poor Octavio. What do you think should be done ? :MAD the latest is he "might"speak some form of northern MAM a Mayan dialect.... :MAD

It reminds me of that sign, "Some people are alive, simply because its illegal to kill them." I'm no lawyer, but not having a language seems like insane. Wouldn't they lock him up forever, until he gets language, under insane. If you can't communicate with someone that old, that makes them, pretty insane, I would hope, if they are a rapist, etc.

I think he should be drug threw a prickly pare patch face down from the back of a horse then have his nuts cut off with a dull rusty knife. After that I bet he will understand just fine I have worked around them in the framing buss. long enough to know most of them understand english just fine. A few years back 4-5 of the little bastards pissed me off at work so I chased them into the front seat of a truck , They sure could call 911 mighty fast and speak perfect english to the dispatch.
