I'm hoping to get up there in July/August to photo some of these bulls. They are well known to a group of photographers.
What is with this park!?!? Seems if there's a mega bull, it's RMNP more often than not!
Almost looks like a fake duplication because it's close to surreal .. haha!
How'd you like to ride into this twilight zone episode?

Just look for the 200 car deep traffic jam, and you'll find the elk lol. Everyone loves photographing those elk, and I can't blame them, we're not all lucky enough to live around them.

It's funny, my last trip up there only a few folks around the elk I was taking pics of. I try to get off the beaten path. But yes, they crowds do flock to the elk, until the park rangers roll up and disperse everyone.
