Howdy folks. I've been hunting public land for many years but just joined this site after watching a bunch of Randy Newberg's videos. We don't have a ton of public land here in Texas, but after a lot of years I've been able to figure out the system and have some successes here.
My son recently moved to the Oregon coast and has been spending time scouting and figuring out the system there as well. I'm hoping to join him on a public land Roosevelt elk hunt this coming fall.
