Hello from SW Michigan

New guy from southwest MI.
Have only been out west once for an OTC Elk hunt in Colorado. Had no idea what I was doing and basically hunted them like whitetails in MI (unsuccessfully), but it was still fun.
I have some family in GMU 80 and GMU 4.....so I have some places to stay while trying to learn public land hunting in the west. Looking forward to putting my OnX to use!

Welcome from AZ...grew up in Michigan. Remember smelt dipping in Lake Huron and salmon fishing on the Au Sable River. My father taught us to white water canoe. He's 93 now but years ago he took third place in the marathon Au Sable River race.
