HB 202 what are the chances…..

What are the chances that the Wilkes bros or (other large landowners that have landlocked public land) have something to do with this bill. There was an amendment that was added saying that in short, if you hire a ‘commercial air operator” you can’t hunt for 48 hours. Maybe someone has some input on this but it seams odd that a private pilot can’t hunt “within the same calendar day” but if your a public land hunter you would have to wait 48 hours.
