Hammer: Hunter & Shock

Had two rifles to check yesterday and two to zero. Two shots from the .257...top a 95 gr Shock. bottom a 92 gr Hunter. The Hunter goes just under 3500 & hit exactly where it printed a triple group 3 months ago. Haven't chrono'd the Shock but will load and use both for Texas stuff.

What powder are you feeding that unit?

The boy and I shot two does this fall with the 92 gr hunter in my Dad's ol 25-06. Color me impressed. Need to order some more. I had them shooting one ragged hole at 100 yds but I'd like to bump up the velocity and see if the accuracy holds. They were clocking just over 3200 and I'd like to see what my top end is.

What powder are you feeding that unit?

And i have to ask, how your loading them?

SAAMI length?
Magazine length?
Distance from lands?
Ejection port length? IE, length you can take a loaded round out without taking the bolt out.

We tried IMR 4350, it’s ok. Also tried H1000 with no luck yet.
