There has been a lot of talk about the agriculture amnesty program for migrant workers and illegal aliens. From what I understand it will be put on as a rider to the Emergency funds for Iraq. Looks like GWB will be making illegal aliens legal and increasing our budget at the same time. Has anyone heard about this bill at all?
