Saw my first one in the field during a NM cow hunt Jan 3-5. Didn't bug the owner for specs but from what I could see and deduce it was a Nexus in 28 Nosler with a MK5 Leupold...and it was very accurate at 500 plus. Good looking rifle, over the top materials and price.

I don’t know what’s crazier to me, the cost of some of these rifles that keep getting sold in brand new chamberings or the amount of new chamberings coming out.

They aren’t cheap, that’s for sure. I handled a clymer that a guy had in the gun shop one Saturday. There’s definitely some thought put into that stock

I have be the mediator in conversations between cows and a 28 Nosler. From the way conversations ended it appears the elk were not fans.

My brother has an old Gunwerks LR1000 in 7mm RM. It is accurate and he has done well with it on elk and wolves. It is relatively heavy though.

I have a magnus in .300 win mag. Great gun & great customer service.

I have one in 7mm rem titanium action
Very accurate rifle but no more accurate than other custom rifles I’ve had built
I will say out of all the custom actions I have it is by far my favorite.

I bought a similar version though was used. Only complaint is I bought it right after Covid emerged and never got a reply from inquiry for buying some custom ammo. They create a load during testing for accuracy so would be easy enough. I shoot ammo off the shelf and is very accurate but annoyed me. At least send me the ammo specs and I will get a buddy to load me some. Nadda.

The one I described had the custom Berger ammo.

I'm tempted but as others have noted, I have multiple platforms that perform. I could possibly rationalize improving the optics on a couple, but Jr's 300RUM/VX5 combo ran neck and neck with the Magnus at a third of the dough outlay..
