That plane looks pretty big compared to the other corporate jet right along side it. My guess is someone important looking at the American flag on the rear tail rudder. I'd say one of the higher ups in the US Government.

thats not a corporate jet. that is what they fly into Jackson in , believe me i was on one of those little things last month.
