That guy was a fuggin nutball. I wonder how long he would've lasted with a group of bear's that were'nt living in a park?

Ovis sounds like the kinda of crap that hippie couple a year back or so was trying to pull with the grizz up north. You know the ones who got KILLED!!. Probably will go see this one too though looks like it's got some good footage of bear that would be nice to see.

To me this guys was a nutjob. But, he was happy with what he was doing. Maybe dying by bear was his preferred way of going......Still had to hurt though....

Thats funny, it had to hurt... I bet he thought "oh crap, i was wrong all along" in those last few seconds as the blood ran from his paralised body watching his girlfriend become meal #2 for the day.
He was an idiot, plain and simple. Everyone warned him countless times and his luck ran out surprisingly later than sooner. The only way i would watch his movie is if they played the sound clip at the end.... i may be morbid but i think everyone should hear it so they dont get the wrong idea of how tame these bears are.

Yah, I would have liked to heard the audio recording as well. This very well could be an unbiased documentary. Unbiased or not though, if it opens up in a theater near me, I'll watch it. Katmai is not far from where I hunt brown bear. The beautiful country and big bears are what appeal to me, not so much the wacko in front of the camera.
