It's great to see other women out doing something they have a passion for.
They have been on TV many time's,I really love the one lady's statement "Use it or lose it,older people need to keep moving."
So true.
My only suggestion to them would be to try different thing's once in a while ,and keep an open mind.
It too easy for older people can get so set in there ways and starting thinking they have all the answer's for everyone.
Nothing like getting out and trying new thing's every now and then to keep the body going and mind kept open.
I thought it was only a old woman's group ,but I was sure I saw someone from hunt talk leading them through there morning Yoga session

Ithaca does your sister belong to that group?
