As mentioned the real beauty in hunting public land is in only needing permission from yourself to do so. Can't get any better than that.

Appreciate how he makes the point of how unique a situation we have here in this country with public land. Though I think his numbers may be a bit off as there are a few other places on the planet where similar free use can be had.

If I can figure this dog training thing out, I'm thinking that is how I'm going to celebrate my retirement if I get to. I'm going to take a dog and just nomad it around for a while chasing birds.
