Good Day to Ride

Friend of mine is having shoulder surgery next Friday and will be in PT for at least a couple months following...so we took off on the bikes early yesterday & rode south to Marble Falls. Beautiful little town on Lake Marble Falls near Austin. Five hundred miles total...back home today. Chilly yesterday with a stiff headwind. Perfect today. Getting back down there for the bloom in 5 or 6 weeks....

I rode this morning too. 9AM fatbike race along the shore of Lake Michigan. 4 man relay team and we took second out of 24 teams. We do some sick stupid stuff here to keep occupied in the frozen tundra

Funny, Ron! This will continue to be my grocery getter after I retire. My old truck is retiring also and have started looking.... Therefore, no new toys in my immediate future.

Your killing me here. . .I did look at my bike as I backed the 4 wheeler out of the garage yesterday. . .way too cold to ride the bike, but, did get some things accomplished in the woods yesterday. . .little shed hunting, fence mending, sign hanging. . .bike ride would have been more fun though!!
