Glenwood Springs, CO fishing tips?

Heading up that way for work today and just found out I'm going to have some time to sneak off to fish. Going to bring my spinning reel, some lures and a rod I can fit in my luggage. Any tips are appreciated!

Rivers for the most part are very high and dirty. I personally would stick to reservoirs, but I have seen people in the rivers in the last couple weeks (though not sure how successful they are..)

The Frying Pan below Reudi Reservoir should be clear. Not sure if it's fly only or fly/lure only or what.

When are you going? Alot of the streams are really muddy and high right now.

Thanks for the feedback. I was there earlier this week and the rivers and streams were indeed big and dirty - there was no time to fish anyway, but I really enjoyed the area.
