FS: Rem 721 stock

For sale is an original 721 stock. It's been hunted hard, but still looks nice and is 100% serviceable. $60 shipped.

- 13.5" LOP

-It has been glass bedded. Rear tang, and full front end. Floated from 3" forward of recoil lug. The bedding may or may not fit your 721.

- It has a Limbsaver Recoil pad. Prefit 700 pad, doesn't fit perfect, it has 1/32" of overhang on each side.

- It has scratches. Some deep. The bottom picture shows the worst of them.

- It does not have the side of the stock cut for sights like was common in the day.

- No bipod.

- Wood near rear sling stud has a small crack.

Replaced it with a walnut unfinished stock from Boyd's. I was going for a retro look for the 721. I like it.

Bedded, floated. Internal cross bolts. Pinned wrist.

Want to get a variable gold ring with elevation turret. I'm thinking 2-7x33 with cds so I can stretch out those 250 grain accubonds.
