Minox 4-12×40 Duplex reticle.
I bought this scope maybe 5 years ago. This was a budget line that I think Minox was going after the VX2 with. These were nice scopes, lightweight and dependable. Decent glass for the price. Not sure why they only made them for a few years.
I hunted with this scope a lot, and it never lost zero on me. It does have handling and ring marks, but the glass is in good shape.
