It is in very good condition but has been used. Always dried carefully before packing, no mildew or odors. No rips, holes, or tears; zippers are smooth. There are some dirt marks and scuffs from general use. I just got the fly back from Hilleberg this week for a once over and to have them fix a tension strap that came unsewn. All done up by them for no charge, not even for return shipping. They included a bunch of spare replacement zippers and fabric swatches as well. Comes with all stakes and bags, pole repair sleeve, and extra pole.
To me this is the finest do-it-all 4 season tent out there...great layout, tons of usable space, bombproof. The reason I'm selling is I have fully vetted my Niak, and it does most of what I have needed this tent to do for less weight. I also have two up and coming backpackers in the house and I only need so many 2 man tents in the future. Only possible trades of interest are 3-4 man Hille's. Buyer can look it over upon arrival and return on your dime if not as described. If you want pictures of anything in particular let me know via pm.
