Selling this beautiful 300 Weatherby Mag built by Flaig's , with great walnut. This rifle was hunted. It has many scratches, dings, and scrapes.

Description:
-Built by Flaig's in 1971-ish.
-FN commercial (no thumb notch)action
-2 position safety
-26" Douglas Premium Barrel dated 5/71. Iron sights. Multiple nicks and scratches. Small corrosion on barrel in front of action along the stock line. Rifling is sharp and bright to the eye.
-Trigger I believe is Timney and is a crisp and light 3 pounds
-Bolt assembly and bolt release are heavily jeweled. Bolt shroud bluing is plum in color.
-Stock is stunning high figure walnut with hand cut checkering. Rose wood grip cap and foreend. Stock is very long in the forend. 13.5" LOP. Stock has deep scratches on grip cap and cheek line. Stock has many nicks, bangs, and scratches through out. Checkering is worn flat from a gun rack in one spot.
-Scope is Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x 40 with Adjustable Objective. Scope color is starting to plum. Optics are good! Mounted in Redfield bases and rings.
Hunt it as is, refinish it or modify it. They don't make rifles like this anymore. To build this today...it'd be double or triple the asking price. It's a fricking awesome rifle.
