Was looking at buying an item tonight but the guy wants more than the item is brand new. He said he paid 1800 for it and now wants 1800 for the used item. WTF? I told him I could buy it for 1300 brand new but since I like him I would give him 1250. He said he would consider letting it go for 1750. And I have to drive the one hour to pick it up. Ha.

This is similar to our local pawn shops. They want about $10 less than new for TV's. I'm thinking I'll just go next door to Walmart and buy a new one with a warranty and not have to look at the cigarette burns on the top of it.
