Does your state allow person to person sale of firearms at flea markets ?I live in Michigan and since I retired I go to some flea markets around my area and have found some good bargains .But you better know what you are buying.

I can't speak to your state, but it is legal federally to sell a firearm from ones personal estate to another individual residing within state borders without it being transferred through an ffl.

There are also firearms that are classified as curio and relics that don't fall under normal ATF rules. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/curios-relics

It's legal in Illinois only if you go through the background check system. I can't even GIVE one of mine to my own daughter without doing it. We have to go to an FFL holder and pay them the fee.

Should be legal in Indiana if ...

* Buyer >18 years old.
* Convicted of felony.
* Drug abuser.
* Alcohol abuser.
* Mentally incompetent.
* No state-to-state transfers.

Not sure how you easily know answer to some of those.

From what I have seen here in PA, you can legally sell long arms. No pistols.
When I went in to file for my concealed carry permit, the county also has a permit to sell firearms. it's like $25..
