My roommate shot an Antelope today and I got the opportunity to cook it and try it for the first time! I seasoned some back strap steaks and then seared them on each side then added butter, thyme, sea salt, garlic and basted them for about 12 more minutes and they came out medium rare. Way better than I could have ever imagined.
