It seems that the first divorce resulting from the terrorist attacks on 9/11 has been filed.
Joe Hardy, who had an office on the 103rd floor at the WTC, spent the morning of September 11 at his girlfriend's apartment with the TV off and his cel phone turned off as well. He turned his phone back on at 11:00 AM and it rang immediately. It was his hysterical wife, screaming "Where are you? Are you okay?"
His reponse was, "what do you mean? I'm fine. I'm in my office."
