I know this is OYOA but i'm sharing anyway. I killed this moose in Sask. The weather was extremely windy and made calling difficult so I opted to carry the rifle... This bull came in on a string and I should have had my bow! go figure. Glad to get a moose down! I figured I may very well never draw one here so I had to go where I could get a tag.

Nice going! Congrats. Alota fine eating for the next couple of years.

Moose helper, moose stroganoff, moose tacos, moose chili, moose burgers, moose lasagna, moose manwitch, moose spaggetti....
 
Congrats that is some of the best meat a guy can get his hands on and will last a while!
 
yes it was guided. that is the only way I know that you can hunt in Sask if your from the states. this was my first guided hunt ever and was definately a different experience for sure. damn sure not my cup of tea! but I made the most of it after the rocky start lol. It was very awesome to have the bull respond the way he did!
