First Lite Kenab Pants - 2 pair new

I bought 2 pairs of these and they are incredibly comfortable...just too big for me. 1 pair is out of the package because I tried them on and they have never been out of the house and the other pair is still in the package. Both are tan/brown and size XL. Since I bought them on ebay from a private seller I can't return them.

I'd like to get $150 shipped for the pair in the package and $140 shipped for the opened, unwashed, unused but no tags pair. I'll take $275 shipped for both pairs.

They are "Dry Earth" solid brown.

What size pants do you normally wear, that these were to big? I don't want to end up with the same problem.

I'm 6 feet tall and wear a 36-37 pant waist. They are by no means falling off of me but would better fit a 38-40 waist. The suspenders are awesome by the way.
