I'm on a wild goose hunt for BLM grazing data. How many AUMs for a given area. Mostly BLM. I know someone here can point me in the right direction.

Are you looking for permitted amounts or actual stocking capacity?
This doesn't really tell you how many AUMs are actually being used and what kind of grazing plan exists. You may need to talk to the local office to get details.

Have we tried the same type of veal? Why would you do that? Those things are barely edible.
System appears to be wonky” as you said. Catherine recently retired from the “circus“ and did a bunch of research on grazing. In about 3 minutes she found reams of material for Oregon but very little on Wyoming. She asked what specifically you are looking for.
Sorry to hijack, rwc- but is there a similar map tool for USFS allotments?I agree with the suggestion to contact the local office.
This may help you identify allotment/allotments you are interested in.
