Favorite Mustard

I noticed in the peanut butter thread that there was a lot of mention about mustard. So let's get the skinny on the mustard you all like.

Chinese style hot, dry for cooking, dijon for brats and burgers, yellow for dogs, wild for freshening my breath!

I pretty much like all mustard, I really like that stuff at the chineese restaurant that burns the hair right out of your sinuses when you get to much on the first bite...

Only stuff that is good for is egg rolls.

No, you wet a spoon, put seseme seeds all over it and dip it thru the mustard. Then take a big bite and feel the pain...It makes my mouth water just thing about it...

Elkchaser that is really simple to make if you can't find it at a store. Just take dry mustard and mix it with water. You can use a little good quality oil if you like to keep it from drying out but if you cover it tightly; no problem!

It's also good on a steak if you can't get horseradish

Honey mustard, Raspberry mustrard for the sweeter ones and jalapeno must mustard for a spicy one.

Thanks Paws....I will have to do that, when I'm not getting abused enough on the board, I will have a ready supply of abuse in the fridge...LOL...Thanks...
