Dropping in MT

Went out over the weekend to get some fresh air and try to find some brown gold. I wasn't fortunate enough to stumble accross any fresh sheds, but the friend I was with found a nice brown set that was still bloody...meanwhile I found a year old fork horn off a mulie . Looking forward to getting out again soon! Anyone else having much luck? This was in central MT.

Tried getting out in western SD on st pattys weekend, but the day we got there it snowed 4".. everything I've seen lately has dropped here in eastern MT. Next few weekends should be able to get out and hopefully find some bone. Last year at this time was at 40 already

Went out again this weekend and only found one elk shed and one small mulie shed. Saw four bulls...I was surprised to see that one was bald, one was carrying one antler, and two still had full headgear (one was a nice 6x6). Guess I'll have to wait a couple more weeks to get out there again. Central MT.
