distress call for cows ?

i know fawn distress calls can call in does. I'm just curious if same camn be used fow cows thanks

Just load a couple of bales of hay in he back of your pickem' up truck and
you will have cows follow you everywhere! Works even better if your wearing a cowboy hat...Ha!,Ha!

Yes, it can work for cows. I use one all the time to bring in a cow. The mother's instinct is strong with them.

I called in a lone cow with a calf distress this year. It can definitely be done. I don’t know that I’d try it on a herd or large group, but small numbers of cows would probably be interested.

I call in lots of cows during rifle. I don’t know if it’s a distress call but a cow call brings them in like I never imagined it would. Big ones, little ones, multiple, and single.
