Is this area any good for archery deer? I have heard it get hit extremely hard?

Lot's of guys were hitting it last year when we were down there. I've heard way down along the NV boarder can be ok. There is a lot of country that way for people to disperse.

I hunted there two years in a row while going to school at CSI. Made it out a couple times and had some success. One buck in 06 and one in 07

a few years ago the biggest buks i could find in the unit where across from the ski area easily 180 class, full velvet,, one with some extra trash never could put it together to get an arrow in them but some great times stalking them
