I've always carried coffee and tea of course, sometimes boullion cubes just for something different. I've really been liking the dehydrated bone broths this winter. They come in very convenient single serving sticks, and have more staying power than a plain boullion broth, 10g protein per serving. So far I've tried LonoLife and Bare Bones and like them both.
