CO hunters, comment on RFW

Steve Hilde has been chosen as a sportsman's representative on the Ranching for Wildlife review committee and is soliciting comments from sportsmen on what changes they would like to see in the program. This will probably be your only chance to comment on this, so don't miss it. Issues like resident vs. non-resident participation, equal access to properties and season timing are good things to discuss. Rest assured that the participating ranches are going to have the public hunters who have hunted their ranches write letters in support of not changing the program.

I thought us nonresidents were booted out a few years ago. I never had enough points to get one but some did and I remember all the bitching in the letters to the colarodo outdoor magazine. I didn't think it was fair then and I don't think emailing Steve now is going to do any good. don
