Belly Deep, thanks, that's damn funny.Rob, respectfully, you know nothing about the law. I know you hate Trump, but you're not making much sense.

Ben forgot there is a 3rd branch of government
"Your anti-american if you dont support trump"
that statement really catches my attention WAhunter.
Not defending Hillary, doesn't anyone think the beer analogy is kinda dumb? You note the absurdity of suing the beer industry,
Just my two cents.

I don't need any Kool aide to support Trump. Not when he represents my views in almost everything, including keeping public lands public. In my opinion, you're anti-American if you don't support Trump. And please don't tell me Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton would be better for America.
I didn't forget.
Under the executive branch, there's not much more that Hillary could legally do w/ Executive orders that the President hasn't already done. EO's can only provide direction and change small regulatory mechanisms that are already established under law.
So:
1.) Heller would unlikely ever be overturned even with a moderately progressive jurist to replace Scalia.
2.) Congress is very unlikely to support any broad or seeping gun control laws
3.) The Executive still doesn't have the power to make broad, sweeping regulatory changes.
But:
1.) The SUPCO could declare that congress must eliminate "excess" public lands
2.) Congress has repeatedly voted to sell public land
3.) Ted Cruz has been the primary sponsor of many of those bills.
So Trump represents your views? Trump has insulted everyone who is not male and white.http://onyourownadventures.com/hunttalk/attachment.php?attachmentid=52308&stc=1&d=1457393021

That would be even dumber than the Budweiser one so I think you missed my point. You ever wonder why a law isn't needed to protect the spoon industry from lawsuits? How about Rosie suing spoon makers for being fat?
Ben,
There's a lot of issues left to decide on gun rights. A lot. Heller really only established that minimally, the right exists. There is much more for the court to decide.
I'm no fan of Raphael Cruz, believe me. But painting Hillary as harmless is a huge mistake.
No, Trump has only insulted everyone who likes getting offended.
I'm happy to be very clear: I don't like Hillary. I don't like Bernie, I don't like Trump or Rubio and I certainly don't like Cruz. My guy left the race early (Jim Webb). I'm in no-man's land like most everyone else but out of all of those left - Hillary is the most moderate and fiscally conservative of the bunch.
Doesn't mean I don't think she'd try stuff on guns, it just means I don't see a path for her to be succesful. A toothless tiger, if you will.

Maybe you should stop telling me what I know and who I hate and go back to wish'n you had boobs.Rob, seriously. Do you know what a public nuisance suit is? Do you know what a negligent advertising suit is? Do you know how they work?
You act like the gun manufacturers weren't constantly being sued prior to the PLCAA.
Oh, I forgot. You're still trying to figure out which clause of the 4th Amendment protects illegal immigrants from Trump's deportation plan (I'll give ya hint: it's not a 4th amendment right so start searching elsewhere)
In the meantime, read this: http://articles.latimes.com/2000/jun/20/news/mn-42954
laughable to outside observers..
