Not sure of a population of sheep I'm sure there's some. Especially with the hoots in the area. They used to have a decent residential goat population. Some of the stories ive heard are that they were over hunted. Not sure how true that is.
Obviously the goat and sheep interaction is a hot topic and has been a hot topic because of the territorial issues. So why would they consider a range like the Bridgers that are a very small to say the least with a hefty and healthy goat population? Maybe another form of island range would be better?
The amount of private could be a issue with say the snowies but, they already have populations in areas that are pretty much 99.9 percent private and they gave no way of unlocking the areas for opportunity to hunters.
