BMA's closed due to fire danger.

Just thought I would remind everyone to check MT FWP's BMA page for closures due to fire danger.
Many landowners have closed or altered allowing hunting on their property due to the Extreme fire danger here in Montana.

We were still able to get out and get after it this last weekend, but it sure made things much more logistically challenging.

I would hate to see a fire started by hunters, especially on private land.
Please think about how to mitigate fire hazards.

A big one that I know many ranchers are very worried about is parking in tall cured grass.

Looks like the list of closed BMA's is still growing. Hopefully it will start raining soon. 10 day forecast looks dry for Eastern Mt.

No excuse for a hunter starting a fire on a BMA but for pure stupidity. Hope like hell some dumb ass careless hunter doesn't start one. "I'm sorry" just won't cut it imo.
