Best fleshing knife

What's your favorite fleshing knife?

I've been using this same cheapo since I was a kid and just broke the handle for the last time.

Time to get a quality one, any opinions?

Not as well as some quality carbon steel but well enough compared to other stainless blades.

I used one for a couple years they're a good entry level flesher.
