Found a field covered with ducks yesterday but it was -24 below. It was supposed to warm up today so we decided to give it a go.

It was almost balmy when we set up.

Set up a couple dozen duck decoys and got settled into the blind.

The ducks poured in like they were committing suicide. I don't have any pics of the action as my hands would have froze with the wind chill.

Finished in about 45 minutes with 25 greenheads. The guys all did a good job of only shooting drakes.

Brrr but the action must have kept you warm for a while.

Nice. Tougher man than me. I woke up early on Saturday morning and saw -39 and went back to bed. Haven't left the house since. Way to pick out the "greens".

You guys are Diehards. Good job. This cold is killing this AZ. boy up here. Can't wait for spring. And its just starting. (Winter).....BOB!

I think I could make it a couple hours to get results like that.Great job.

Very nice! I think I could endure temps that cold for a shoot like that. Well done.
