I aim to please!! Thanks for the compliment. I wish I had more pics on digital camera. I have probably killed a couple dozen bears myself and guided another130 of them but just have pictures in a photo album as I was still old school and didn't have a digital camera. I wish I could post them up but I am not into scanning them.

FWP aged him at 19 years old. Funny part about that bear was I missed him the night before at 400 yards. Next evening, just like clockwork he was in the same park, but this time he didn't run away And yes I love to hunt in the rain. Over half my montana bears have been killed during dreary rainy days. The only problem with hunting in the rain is I can't convince anybody to go with me on those nights!!

Damn thats an old bear! Did his skull make the book? I love hunting those drizzling spring days. It seems like the bears will stay out all day when its gloomy and overcast.
Getting close spring is just around the corner.

I will hit it hard on April 15th and then go back to walleye fishing until May 10th. Supposedly something magical happens on that day that makes the bears get all feisty and easier to hunt. It has to be true cuz I read it on the interweb somewhere.
