Australia - Cape York Boar Hunt

Since I can’t seem to draw any tags in the US my cousin and I booked a boar hunt in Cape York, Queensland. Amazing experience! This was my best boar. We were watching a big croc in this pond when the boar came down to water on the backside. He of course, ran out into the pond to die. Haha!

I've always had an itch to go to Australia. Did you take your own rifle or use one there? Congrats on the adventure!

You can take your own rifle, but there is quite a bit of paperwork and hassle. I opted to just borrow a rifle from the guide.

They were available but too expensive for me due to high beef prices at the moment. That bull in the pic was enormous!
