So the arrows I just put my broad heads on were made at the shop for me... but 3 of the six, the broad heads line up with the fletching, the other three line up with the fletching in the exact middle of two points on my broad head.
Does this make a huge difference?
I am going to shoot them and see for myself, but what should I expect? Should I plan on cutting and making my own arrows so they all line up right?
Is this all too ocd?

Ive never found any difference on how the broadheads line up in arrow flight
Maybe if a bow isnt tuned well

I have heard to use an o ring to index the vanes to the blades perfectly.

That said, I have had o rings not compress evenly resulting in arrows that don't spin true. 9/10 times removing the o ring results in an arrow that spins true, but the blades aren't perfectly indexed to the vanes.

I have never seen a non indexed arrow fly differently than an indexed one, but I have seen lots of arrows that don't spin true fly like crap.

Omg, thank you guys. I started to fret over some bs that I read somewhere, and I knew if I just asked I could get it out of my head. I only shot one arrow after putting a broad head on, I didn’t set the others up till I got home, and I was like... shit. 😂😂😂
