Dude...

I know I have given you grief pretty much since I've known you about your crossbows. Well, I bought my son one to start him out hunting since he still can't draw enough weight yet with an upright bow. Well, I shot the beastly thing and it was actually kind of fun. Don't get me wrong, I love my Mathews and still believe crossbows are evil and will eventually lead to the downfall of mankind as we know it...but I just wanted you to know I got one for Aidan and it was actually fun to play with.

My older brother became disabled in one shoulder and had to set aside his bow missing his first archery deer season in 2 decades. He got a crossbow in time for the next year.

I am headed to Florida for a guided alligator hunt on public land. Wanted to go hunt a big stinky lizard since the Saturday afternoon I sat with my brothers watching the small screen black and white television as Tarzan wrestled then stabbed a crocodile. The guide for my upcoming hunt suggests I use his crossbow rather than wrestle the alligator. Never argue with a sober guide.
