OK guys, educate me. Most of the elk are found in the northeast portion of the ranch as stated. Most of the northeast part of the ranch is BLM or State land that is leased.

Question: how do they manage that ranch for elk if the BLM & state land is accessible to the public to hunt?

Anyway.... I'd have to "down-size" from my current abode.
