Antelope, bacon jalapeño poppers in crescent roll

Decided to make some antelope jalapeño poppers tonight and wrap them in a crescent roll. Turned out pretty damn good. I’ll be doing it again

Put the bacon in oven for a while until it was cooked but still pliable. While that was cooking I made the poppers on the grill until they were almost done. Then wrapped the popper and bacon in the roll and baked for 12 minutes

Seems like everytime is different sometimes there bland and some times it's like breathing fire.

Your jalapenos don't have enough bite because you line in Southeast Montana instead of Southwest Montana where we grow them hotter!

Might be that we are just tougher on this end of the state
