Ok, the one guy was just indicted, but has been in jail since Nov.
The other guy, plotted things elsewhere to, not just Ohio and he's serving 20 years now, I guess.
"Faris pleaded guilty in May 2003 to trying to obtain tools to help al-Qaeda
sever cables on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City and
derail trains in New York or Washington.
Faris said he received instructions in 2002 from al-Qaeda operation's chief Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, on how to help carry out attacks.
He is serving a 20-year sentence."
