Advice & referrals for buying some undeveloped hunting land in Wyoming?

This one looks like a good buy if you are a successful ambulance chaser that likes to hunt elk.

I’ve worked next door to that place quite a bit. If you want big giant private land bulls, that’s your huckleberry. Bet the Wilks already have their finger on the trigger of that deal.

The Wilkes ranch is for sale too. Buy both if you can't decide which one is better.

I didn’t realize they were selling. In the words of Ferris Beuller, if you have the means, I’d highly recommend picking one up.

We lowly corporate lawyers don’t do that well. :)

Well it would be helpful to be specific about how much an in house corporate lawyer would be willing to spend on this land purchase then.
20-200 acres at standard un-developed, un-improved, un-subdivided non-crop planted land rates (which seem to run for $1k-$4k/acre across the west)

Everyone stopped looking in Wyoming as the opportunity is way better in Montana.

At $500/acre, that's a quite a deal!
Only about 60-65% is deeded. Not as good of a deal when you take that into account. Also when you need 50,000 acres to run 1500 animal units, it is poor cattle country and will not justify the price it is listed at. But it does say it has 400 inch elk so someone with more money than brains may end up buying it. ;)

If I had the money I'd ditch the brains and buy it in a heartbeat.
