I'll try make this simple question . Can I walk a section line to get to Blm , I would have to walk across about 3/4 mile of type 2 bm area , and I wanted to get to this blm more than just the 3 consecutive days I might reserve the bm for . So , can I walk a sec line to get to blm ?

Inquire with block management coordinator... I've had something similar where I wanted to camp on public land accessible via BM land. It was/is a 1 day type use permit to hunt their land. The coordinator got in touch with the landowner and it was an appreciated yes with a return several days later across their land.

Great landowners... Not sure if that is along your line of interest though that is my one exception I requested via BM.

It depends on where you intend to hunt, state laws vary. Local law enforcement also varies so I'd check with the state game authorities and the local sheriff's office.

Short answer is no.
It's really pretty clear. If you walk on the Block Management land, then you need the permission in accordance with whatever the requirements are for access and hunting on the BM Area.
Furthermore, quite often state lands and BLM tracts adjacent to or landlocked within private lands set up as BMA's are part of the BMA but are not necessarily with public access by way of an abutting public road.

Ok kinda what I thought . I can still get where I want to go as the blm goes west to a county road but it's gonna be 3 plus mile hike but I'll do it

Please respect the BMA rules that are spelled out in black and white in the BMA maps/rules. They put a lot of thought in to those, and if they wanted open access for anyone they would make that the rule.

I'm 90% sure I know what BMA you're talking about, and its one of the best managed in the state. Wait for your 3 days like everyone else does. Be thankful they offer public access, and aren't leased to an outfitter.

You can if you get permission. Nobody on here can answer that question for you, only the grantor of permission.
