But right around the corner are cameras that communicate with satellites or cell phone towers, that could literally push an alert to a hunter's phone that an elk just walked by their Camera.

That would be utter bull$&|! So we may as well be proactive.

There's a ghost on one of these too. Now, I don't know whose cameras these are, if the dates are correct, or if they are in MT or Idaho. I do know they were out before elk/deer archery season.

It's legal in Idaho, I've never come across someone else's trail cam. And if I did, I would just relocate as I typically don't want to be hunting where another committed guy is. Hate combat hunting. Too much public land to be stepping on others toes, at least here. There is plenty of other places to hunt.

Is it though? Can you imagine what the woods would look like without it? Cameras on every tree. I for one like the current law. No cams during an open season.

There are more trail cameras in the woods here during hunting season than there are piles of coyote shit.
