I have a 6.5x55 Swede Mauser, a real beauty that I’ve killed many deer with. Looking at potentially selling or trading it for something different.

Does anyone have any guidance on what it might be worth? I’m thinking around $1,000 or north of that even.

Info is as follows:
Swedish Mauser
Carl Gustav’s Stad
Gevarsfaktori 1902
109662 serial

Thanks in advance. I would say condition is 8-8.5/10

Ya know, seem's a lot of people think their rifle should be worth more than it is. Lot's of time's they actually get more than their rifles is worth too! What's it worth to you? If you think it's worth $1000 but can't find anyone willing to pay $1000 for it, maybe you just haven't found the right guy yet. In the mean time you are sitting on a rifle you really don't seem to want anymore that you want to replace! In that case simply buy the rifle you think you want and put the other up for sale at any price you want. Generally there is a buyer for everything!
