True to size. The place I ordered from recommended going up half a size (normally wear a 45/11) but they fit a little big. Ordered 45s and they are perfect.

I wear these 1/2 size up from my other Scarpa boots. They fit exactly the same as any other Scarpa boots, I just like a little more room in my heavy duty later season boots. I would say that Scarpa fit true to size in line with Nike.
