$32 fee WY after the draw??

I have a call into game and fish as well, and didn't find anything on website

Got an email and it's on CC, $32 for o li e draw pay receipt.

Any idea what this is? Don't recall it last year and wife didn't get one

I got a charge for 12.50 this morning from Wyoming.

Prolly conservation stamp and elk refuge or feed area permit.

They give you the choice to pay when you apply, or after a successful draw, if I remember correctly. I got the $12.50 charge after I drew my antelope tag.
