So, this year I was fortunate enough to draw an AZ coues deer tag in the southern part of the state along with my two hunting buddies. It was the only hunt any of us had drawn this year so we knew we had to give it a full 100%.
We hunted hard during the entire 7 day season, harvesting two bucks. One buck was taken on the second day. The other was taken on day five. I had an opportunity to take a small buck but messed up my chance due to a slight case of buck fever.
Overall, great time like always. Arizona never disappoints. Already planning for next years hunt.
